Outside of evaluating singular dynasty trades, I rarely comment or evaluate (through articles and podcasts) dynasty team rosters specifically and at-large. However, I joined a SF 2PPR TE league as an orphan this offseason with Josh Allen, Davante Adams, and a few other pieces. My move was to trade for Patrick Mahomes, pairing with Allen and keeping Adams as my only three players of note to insulate my ‘now’ and my ‘future’ with those two quarterback aliens. Another team with a new owner did the exact opposite upon taking over their roster, tearing it down with trades shedding players, and converting to picks. Here is an overview of their journey:
