For dynasty leagues including devy players, knowing the format and devy rules is critical. Some allow for drafting a set number of devy players annually per team. Others allow a certain number of devy players to be rostered for the league as a whole with no restriction per team. Other leagues have an annual per-team limit with still-in-college devy players rostered counting against the team cap.
