Welcome to your first ever “Dynasty Assignment” here at UTHdynasty.com. What the weekly assignment is designed to do is make you step out of your comfort zone, try some different strategies and become a better dynasty owner. The whole reason we started this site was to create a legion of dominant dynasty leaguers that are as passionate about the game as we are. Without further ado, here is your first challenge!
The Assignment: Dynasty fantasy football is all about finding that perfect balance of winning now, while also looking to build for the future. This week Chad and I challenge you to pick a player (or two) who is either on the decline due to age, or, a player you feel does not have the opportunity to crack your starting roster.
Examples: Wes Welker, Roddy White, Andre Johnson, Toby Gerhart and Marvin Jones.
The goal: To extract a first round pick in either 2015 or 2016 for this type of player.
Keep in mind Chad flipped Toby Gerhart for a 2016 first round pick and flipped him to one of the worst teams in the league.
