Wendell Smallwood was a prospect this NFL Draft season I did not cover much. I watched his tape early in the process and saw a runner lacking lateral explosion and the ability to throttle down well or shed tackles. He did have quality hands. Since being drafted on mid-Day 3 and to an opportunistic spot in Philadelphia, it is time to dig into his metrics in more depth.
